Prospective Parents

Thank you for visiting Thorn Grove’s website and considering our lovely school for your child. Choosing a school for your child’s educational journey for the next seven years is not easy and therefore we invite you to visit us to find out more. These visits will enable you to meet and talk with the Headteacher, ask questions, see our school environment, hear from our children and see our school in action. We believe this experience will help you to make an informed decision, which is right for your child.

To accommodate prospective parents we offer visits during the school day and also after working hours. Below you will find a list of available dates and times to visit. 

We pride ourselves on creating a nurturing environment where your children thrive and building strong relationships is key to this. Therefore, if you choose to visit our school during the 9:30am slot, we strongly recommend you bring your child along. They will be greeted by Mrs Harding, our Early Years Leader, and invited to play and learn in our setting. Parents will remain with our Headteacher, Miss Vose and learn about various different aspects of our school and have a question and answer session. For obvious reasons we cannot accommodate this for the 6pm slot.
