Thorn Grove has recently been inspected by ‘Ofsted’. The last inspection took place in October 2019 . The report was overwhelmingly positive, with many features regarded as good to outstanding.
Inspectors witnessed examples of outstanding teaching in all three key stages (Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2).
The report praised the Head teacher for her outstanding leadership and effective senior leadership, governors and staff.
Most importantly the behaviour, attitude and consideration of pupils was regarded as outstanding.

Thorn Grove Primary School is a happy community of which pupils are extremely proud.
